Hatha Yoga
A variety of yoga postures with soft breathing to relax the body and mind. The difficulty level of the postures ranges from simple to difficult, making it a perfect introduction to yoga.
Hip Opening
Stretch and strengthen the muscles around the hip joints to increase flexibility, release tension, and improve mobility in the hips.
Inversion
Inversion in yoga refers to poses where the head is below the heart. These poses include headstands and handstands, offer benefits such as improved circulation, core strength, and balance.
Kick-boxing Fitness
Combining Muay Thai and HIIT training into one, it enhances the body's endurance, strength and coordination, burns a lot of calories, and achieves a slimming effect at the same time.

Wheel Yoga
We will use the wheel as the main tool to assist in performing various stretching and strengthening postures. The yoga wheel is a very useful tool for backbends. When used to support the back, it effectively strengthens the chest and lumbar muscles and avoids the pressure on the lumbar spine during backbends, which is especially effective for those with a stiff lower back and tense shoulder muscles.
Wheel Stretch
Wheel Stretch is a yoga backbend pose. Lie on your back, lift your hips, and create an arched shape with your body. This pose improves flexibility and strengthens the arms, legs, and chest.
Yin Yang Yoga
Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga are combined to provide practitioners with a class that emphasizes both strength and flexibility. Yang Yoga focuses on muscle control and strength training for all parts of the body, as well as improving cardiorespiratory fitness and metabolism; while Yin Yoga focuses on muscle stretching, releasing the tension in the muscles around the hips and spine, and using breathing and relaxation to enter into a deep stretch. Through the two different yoga practices, Yin and Yang, the body's energy gradually becomes balanced and stabilized.

Yin Yoga is a slow and introspective practice that involves holding poses for an extended time. It targets deep tissues, promotes flexibility, and brings relaxation and balance.
Yoga Basic
Based on traditional yoga classes, the session focuses on learning how breathing techniques and yoga postures, while incorporating elements of flow yoga to build strength and enhance stamina, creating a balanced practice of Yin and Yang.

Each session will have a specific theme designed to address physical discomforts. The focus is mainly on releasing shoulder tension, opening the hips, stretching the legs, and relaxing the lower back.
